• The external arm rests against the perineum — the external arm presses the perineum (the area between scrotum and anus) for external prostate stimulation — this does not need to be inside
• Relax the pelvic floor — clenching makes insertion uncomfortable; focus on slow breathing and consciously relaxing the anal sphincter before and during insertion
• Clean with toy cleaner immediately after use — rinse thoroughly with warm water and toy cleaner; the curved internal portion requires careful cleaning — use a soft brush on all surfaces
