At Dr.Chen, we understand that discretion is not just a preference — for many customers, it is a necessity. Every order we ship is handled with your privacy as the top priority, from the moment you check out to the moment the package arrives at your door.
What Your Package Looks Like
All orders are shipped in plain, sealed outer packaging. There are no logos, brand names, product images, or any other indication of the contents on the outside of your package.
- Outer box or mailer: Plain brown cardboard box or plain poly mailer — no markings
- Return address: A generic business address is used — no mention of "Dr.Chen," adult products, or sexual wellness
- No stickers or tape: We do not use branded tape or packing slips visible from the outside
Same-day GTA deliveries follow the same standard. Our local delivery partners use plain thermal-printed labels only.
What Appears on Your Credit Card Statement
Your credit card or bank statement will show a neutral business name — not "Dr.Chen" or any adult-related descriptor. If you have questions about the specific billing name, please contact us before placing your order and we'll confirm the exact display name.
When a Carrier May Contact You
For standard Canada Post shipments, you may receive an email or SMS notification from Canada Post with a tracking number. These notifications come directly from Canada Post and will show the tracking number and estimated delivery — they will not reference the contents of your package.
For same-day GTA deliveries, you may receive a brief message from our delivery partner confirming pickup and ETA. These messages also contain no product information.
If a package cannot be delivered, Canada Post may leave a delivery notice card at your door. The card will show the sender's neutral business name, not Dr.Chen or any product descriptor.
GTA Same-Day Delivery — Packaging Process
For same-day orders within the Greater Toronto Area, packages are sealed and handed to our local courier in the same plain packaging used for all orders. Our couriers are instructed not to discuss the nature of packages with recipients. The delivery process is identical to any other parcel delivery.
Cross-Border & International Orders
For orders shipped outside Canada, customs declarations are required by law. The customs form will list a general product category (e.g., "personal care product" or "wellness device") — we do not use explicit product descriptions on customs documents. However, we cannot guarantee how customs agencies in other countries handle declarations, and some inspection may occur at the border.
We currently ship primarily within Canada. For any cross-border shipping inquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order.
