Shipping Policy

Same-Day Delivery — Greater Toronto Area

Dr.Chen offers same-day delivery to customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, North York, Scarborough, Vaughan, and Mississauga.

  • Order cutoff time: 3:30 PM local time for same-day delivery
  • Delivery window: 9 AM – 9 PM, Monday through Sunday
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 hours after dispatch
  • Same-day delivery fee: Rates apply at checkout based on your location

Orders placed after 3:30 PM will be delivered the following day during the same delivery window. You will receive a notification when your order is picked up by our delivery partner.

Weekend & Holiday Delivery

Same-day GTA delivery operates 7 days a week, including weekends. On public holidays, delivery availability may be limited. If a holiday affects your delivery, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery time.

Standard Shipping — Rest of Canada

For customers outside the GTA, we ship via Canada Post and trusted carrier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on destination
  • Ontario (outside GTA): 2–4 business days
  • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 4–7 business days
  • Eastern Canada (QC, Atlantic provinces): 3–6 business days
  • Northern territories: 7–14 business days

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by Canada Post.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. The free shipping threshold and applicable regions are displayed at checkout. Same-day GTA delivery fees may still apply regardless of order value.

Order Handling Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. For same-day GTA delivery, orders must be placed before 3:30 PM to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff are processed for next-day delivery.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not currently offer regular international shipping outside of Canada. For special requests, please contact us before placing your order.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names, brand names, or adult content appear on the outside of your package. For full details, see our Discreet Shipping & Billing page.

Self-Pickup (Markham)

Self-pickup is available at our Markham location by appointment. Pickup window: 2 PM – 4 PM daily. Please contact us via WeChat (drchenstore) or our contact page to book a pickup slot before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and will replace or refund your order as appropriate. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
